Not Fade Away
A Vietnam vet, haunted by the disappearance of his beloved sister when he was nine years old, meets her 30 years later and finds out why she disappeared, what happened to her, and how both of their lives took vastly different (yet strangely similar) turns. Through the power of surviving trauma, this play explores how the very people whom no one imagines anything of, can do the things no one can imagine.

"I am thinking this will be a great play, but it is obviously being written by an author who has a fully developed plot and plans for a full length production. The dialog is succinct and moves along nicely, but in this instance, 5 well written pages isn't enough to dip us into the plot, so please give us more!"
"The profanity strikes me as almost superfluous and without purpose."
"This reads as if it'll be more than other post-Vietnam war stories."
"I'm interested to see what happens next! Dialogue is natural and flows well."
"I am interested in seeing what this story could be! Your premise is awesome and I want to hear this story. I'm afraid, though, that you try too hard in these beginning pages to spell it out. You don't have to come right out and tell us everything. Let us, as an audience, figure it out as we go."
